Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and asafetida. When the seeds crack, add turmeric, potatoes, green chili and salt. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add lemon and cilantro. The potatoes should be slightly moist and not too dry. Serve hot next to the Dosa. Chikki This is simply unwrapped and eaten so no cooking is required! Get the Chikki at the Indian grocery store.
