Set realistic targets

As a female booming senior you should come in terms with a few life realities. One is that you only have a very limited pool of potential date partners to choose from. What this implies is that you have to be realistic in your choice.

Prepare yourself psychologically

What the mind decides, the body follows. You should prepare yourself on how to go about the whole dating business and on how to handle rejection.

Treat yourself to a make over

How you look will greatly affect the way you feel. If you look great then your confidence is bound to be sky high. Go shopping and buy new clothes. Visit the salon and have your hair done, get a massage, pedicure and manicure while you are at it. You will surprise how far these things will go in enhancing the way you look and feel.

Work out and live healthy

Prepare yourself physically by engaging in physical activities. You can choose to do some power walking, light jogging or enroll for aerobics lessons.

Join hobby groups

Involve yourself in mature activities. You can join a book reading group, a wine tasting club or any other club where you are bound to find booming senior males.
