Cutting 100 Calories a Day from your Diet
You must be relying on your strict diet when it comes to losing weight. Your diet consultant tells you everything, from the food to take and those that should be avoided. By strictly following the diet recipe, you expect to cut at least a hundred calories a day. But hey, how about cutting an extra hundred calories a day? How? The answer is simple. Strict diets are not all about food intake; it also involves activities that will supplement the reduction of food intake. Now, if you want to eliminate another hundred calories a day, put into your diet a daily dose of strenuous activities. What are these strenuous activities that you can do and how effective can they be in cutting calories? For one, you can try walking or jogging. Allotting at least fifteen to thirty minutes each day for a walk in the park will surely burn calories, what more with jogging? It burns those calories that have been stored inside your body and eliminates waste since you perspire a lot when you do these activities. You can try other activities such as cycling, which is also effective in burning calories and eliminating fats. It strengthens your muscles and keeps your blood flow easy and smooth. You can also try dancing, which will burn your calories as you sway and bounce for a matter of minutes. Aside from these activities, you can also monitor your calorie intake. For example, a chocolate that is very high in calories may be baked with the use of a sugar substitute, or with a low-in-sugar cream, then you will see the difference. You must always take note of every little detail. Every ingredient has a significant amount of calorie, and you should know the specific amount so you can always substitute another if you know there are too much calories on it. In this way, you can be sure that the foods that you take have only a considerable amount of calories. So instead of getting seven calories for a drink, you can choose another which only contains five calories. At the end of the day, by carefully choosing the ingredients and scrutinizing the amount of calories per food, you will realize you have already avoided a significant number of calories a day.
