Your partner is always the hardest person to buy a Christmas present for. You're terrified of getting them the wrong thing and offending them, so you spend hours scrolling through websites and searching wildly through whole shopping centres. And it actually gets harder the longer you've been together - you start to run out of ideas! So, here's a list of unique Christmas gifts to help all you clueless Christmas shoppers...

1) A virtual gift

Most UK charities provide a service called 'virtual gifts'. This means you can make a donation to charity in your partner's name, buying a goat or some schoolbooks for villages in developing countries, for example. 2) An experience

5) A ticket

Whether you're in Birmingham dating or in London dating, everyone always appreciates a great gig. Look up their favourite band and book a couple of tickets. Alternatively, you could get theatre tickets or opera tickets - whatever they love the most. This way, they'll be able to enjoy something they might not have been able to afford otherwise, and you get to be there enjoying it with them.

6) A holiday

10) A cheque

Money is sometimes considered an impersonal present. But if you know your partner's saving up for something, a big donation would really be appreciated.
